Riverfield staff and students have continued to work diligently through this pandemic year.  Our students returned from the remote schedule in March and are settling back into the routine of a seven-hour school day. Unfortunately, Covid has prevented parents from providing support with in-school special events.  We are very hopeful that we can welcome you back for the 2021-22 school year. 

We are planning a student field day for this year on Friday, June 4, 2021.  It will be a modified program, but it will provide students with fun and excitement as we close the school year.  The P.T.A will also host a fundraiser for students to support next year’s activities. Look for details on the P.T.A. website.

Planning for the 2021-22 school year has begun and we are currently enrolling our new kindergarteners.  If you know of a family with a kindergarten-aged student, please ask them to reach out to our office.   We are also in the early stages of placement for 2021-22 and it looks like we might add another Grade K and Grade 4 classroom to our community. Keep in mind that these are preliminary numbers, as classroom rosters will not be finalized until August. 

We will be sending out information about summer academic activities in June.  Please look for this information packet as it provides activities to keep students engaged in learning throughout the summer months.
